chalk%20mug.jpg
Human beings have spent millenniums in pursuit of the ultimate means of communicating a message in the best means possible. The mug we have here surely isn't the best but is surely a good communicator of small cheeky messages. The outer surface of the mug is made up of chalkboard surface. Simply scribble a message with the chalk that comes along with the mug and let it sink in to those who stare at you innocently sipping your hot chocolate.

usb%20mypetcam%204.thumbnail.jpg
I liked this cool camera. It isn't just fluffy but also comes with a cool camouflage. It captures at frame rates of up to 30fps with resolutions of 320×240 and at 15fps with 640×480 resolutions. The minimum focus distance is 5 cm. The camera is hidden in this fluffy dog. The adjoining USB cable extends (rather grossly) from the rear of the pup. If you look closely at the image then you'll catch a glimpse of the lens situated on the nose of the mutt. This lens can be adjusted for better focusing.

James The Doorman: Well Mannered Indeed

September 29, 2007 - 4:42 AM : Related Entries - Furnishing

jamesn%20doorman.jpgIf you look up to someone for some inspiration in mannerisms then it can surely be James. Also called as the Doorman, James is a guy who will keep your elbows from getting bruised by doors that swivel out of control. In simpler words, he's a door stopper made of rubber. Just like any other door stopper he is perched with one of his feet wedged under a door. He politely sticks his foot under your door to keep it from closing in on you.

undress-me%20mug%20female.jpg

If you are too lazy to drink your morning coffee then here’s a way to tempt you into emptying your mug. The cool Undress-me Mugs are an innovative means of drinking your tea or coffee with all the eagerness you can ever muster. The idea is plain and simple. There’s a picture of – well, I can’t see if they are naked – a person. This may be a girl or a guy, but this being a guys site lets concentrate on the mugs with the woman inside. As you go on drinking, the level of tea lowers (duh!) and more and more of the person is exposed.

This is something a very sophisticated and modern household would welcome in. the Dog Lamp is a status figure for those who love their pets or simply love furniture that looks like pets. It has a 3 step sensor located on its head and a 40W Max E27 bulb. The body is made up of plastic and has a few parts made in metal. The tail is the only thing that looks something near to a Disney animated dog.

Stainless%20Steel%20Puzzle%20Coasters.jpg
These coaters are shaped like pieces of a puzzle and they’re made of steel too! They look simple but at the same time can highlight your work table pretty well. What’s good about having stainless steel coasters is that cleaning them isn’t and issue and there’s no need to be afraid of stains either. The set of four have to be arranged just like the pieces of a real puzzle and look good especially on a steel and glass table.

zipit%20z2.jpgThe Zipit Z2 is a Wi-Fi messenger. It comes with support for AOL, Yahoo and MSN. It comes with an integrated music player and guess what, they’re called MyTunez. Well, maybe its another of those entertainment centric names that we have to memorize. Along with pretty good streaming capabilities the MyPhotoz feature for handling your pictures is pretty cool too. There’s a lot more to learn about the Z2, we need some first hand experience for that.

Homer Simpson Floating Bath Radio

Homer%20Simpson%20Floating%20Radio.jpg
Here’s one guy you would love to have in your bath without the fear of being called gay. Homer Simpson is the man! What we have here is an amazing radio that’s shaped like the yellow head of the Simpson’s household in heavenly Springfield. There’s this symbolic can of Duff Beer on his over grown tummy and a radio situated somewhere on his legs. The radio can be fantastic entertainment during a warm water bath. I wonder if it is 100% water proof. But for those who collect just about everything from iPod docking cradles to stuffed toys that are shaped like the man himself, this won't be something that they would like to miss.

motorola%20q9m.jpg
Motorola have extended their Q-series chain with the Q9m smart phone and guess who’s carrying it around. Well guessed. Verizon have pounced upon and successfully grabbed the 312-MHz Marvell powered phone. There’s a really cool 1.3 megapixel camera. However the video mode isn’t all that dashing since it offers videos with a resolution of a mere 176x144. It runs with Windows Mobile 6 operating system and comes with an office suite and PDF viewer. It uses Microsoft Exchange server for some good emailing capabilities. It uses the thumbwheel function to toggle between tracks and to control playback. As far as memory is concerned it comes with 50MB usable memory and a 128MB card that accompanies the pack.

Gateway’s New Machine Is Simply Stunning

September 27, 2007 - 12:38 PM : Related Entries - Computers & Accesories

gateway%20one.jpg
Gateway has come out with one great desktop system that is evident of the company’s rise to glory. The first thing about it that struck me is the display. It is unique and really cool to have on your desk. It comes powered with a 2GHz Core 2 Duo CPU. There’s also a whopping 3 gigabytes of main memory and around half a terabyte of hard disk space. In addition to this, you get a DVD writer and a five in one card reader. It’s called “The One”. I don’t know if there’s any inspiration from Metallica or no, but this one surely is one of its kind. Being an all-in-one at least saves the space taken by some obscenely large ATX cabinets that come around these days.

Veltia Hand Dryer: Keeping ‘em Dry

September 27, 2007 - 12:34 PM : Related Entries - Appliances

Veltia%20Hand%20Dryer.jpg
The Veltia Hand Dryer looks a lot like a trouser pressing device. Of course it is way smaller in size and looks a lot savvier. It can dry your hands up in a matter of 10-15 seconds. This sure has some quick steam puffing out of it when you need it the most. The good old hand-in-the-pocket trick seems to have been substituted at last. And what’s more is that it’s also a health conscious gizmo since it doesn’t cause a heated environment to be created. This keeps away the possible infestation of bacteria on your precious hands.

NEC has yet another brilliant display in the offering. This time it comes with Ambix digital/analog connectivity and a cool ergonomic stand. Being Windows Vista certified is an additional bonus for users of the OS to be considering the purchase this display. The ergonomic stand is pretty cool and comes with adjustable height, swivel and tilt. Thanks to the XtraView wide-angle technology, gaming and multimedia can be delightful on this one. Motion Activated Swearing Middle Finger: Take That You….

September 26, 2007 - 1:19 PM : Related Entries - Freak/Futuristic/Fun

Motion%20Activated%20Swearing%20Middle%20Finger.jpgI like this means of abusing my foes. You won’t even be beaten up for it. Simply place it before a place where your victim is likely to show up. The motion sensor will detect his/her presence and salute him/her with a lewd gesture that has global acceptance as one of the corniest gestures. It is also trained to say thirteen rather interesting phrases including “Hey Dickhead” and “%&# @&@#”. Oh boy, the maker of this one was surely pissed off when he made it.

Transformers%20USB%20Flash%20Drives.jpg
As the Transformers fever seems to lift off everyone, we have these cool USB Flash Drives that come in the shape of the Transformers themselves. They looked like fancy belt buckles at first to me but then later on I went on to read that these 1GB and 2GB devices aren’t at all as silly as they appear. The Autobot has a capacity of a gigabyte while the Decepticon has a 2 GB capacity. If you want to flaunt it before your friends then you can wear it around your neck as well, thanks to an accompanying lanyard.
